Younits.com provides free shipping to the continental U.S. and Canada (for Canadian orders, a Customs Broker fee and applicable taxes apply; orders delivered in Illinois are taxed at a rate of 9%). Most orders placed before 2 p.m. CST leave the warehouse within 2 to 3 business days from the date the order is placed. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. CST ship within 2 to 3 days of the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship within 2 to 3 business days of the following business day. Special orders and select items have longer processing times; please see individual products for more information. Order processing begins at the time payment is received in full.
Younits.com ships all orders Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Deliveries are not made on Saturday, Sunday or on national holidays. Under certain circumstances, arrangements can be made for Saturday delivery for an additional fee. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to request a quote for Saturday delivery.
A tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address in the order when it ships. Most items are shipped either UPS or AIT freight, but in some instances they may be shipped direct from the manufacturer through their preferred shipping method. From our warehouse, small packages will ship via UPS with a transit time of 2 to 3 business days.
Freight items ship via AIT with a transit time of 3 to 5 business days. Freight items are packed on a pallet for shipment. For freight deliveries, a representative from AIT will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. AIT will not deliver without speaking to the customer to schedule the appointment; if an AIT representative is unable to reach you, your delivery time may be longer than 3 to 5 business days. All freight shipments are delivered as "threshold delivery" . The shipment is brought into the first door of the address, or the lobby of an apartment / condo. The recipient is responsible for moving the product further from the first threshold.
For scheduled freight deliveries, please inspect the delivery upon receipt. The delivery driver is required to wait while you inspect it. Check for any damage to the packaging and the unit or product itself inside the packaging. All freight deliveries are shrink-wrapped, so check to see if the shrink wrap is intact at delivery. If you notice any damage, you may either specify it on the delivery (BOL) slip before signing for delivery, or you can refuse delivery. If you choose to do this, please contact us as soon as possible at 1-800-880-0199 or e-mail us at email@example.com. Once you sign for the delivery, AIT is not responsible for any damages not notated on the BOL.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Younits.com understands that from time to time customers are not completely satisfied with their merchandise. We will accept returns and exchanges within 30 business days of the order being placed when the below conditions are met:
Item(s) must be in the same resalable condition in which they were received
Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging (packaging cannot be written on or marked up)
Item(s) must be free of defect such as but not limited to dents and scratches
Item(s) can not have been installed
Younits.com will inspect all returns and reserves the right to reject the return. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once the return has been completed and the credit has been applied. Please note that it can take up to an additional 10 days after the credit is applied for it to post to your account, depending on your method of payment.
All returned or exchanged items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued within 10 days of the returned item being received and processed by the warehouse.
RMA numbers are required for all returns and exchanges and must be written on the return label. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your return and an RMA number will be provided. Return shipping fees are arranged and paid for by the customer.
Some items are non-returnable. Special or custom orders (included non-standard paint colors), items that have been installed or used, and some replacement parts cannot be returned or exchanged.
