Policy for Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

You having a positive shopping experience is very important to us! We understand that from time to time some customers may not be completely satisfied with their merchandise. Usually it's due to a customer ordering the wrong equipment or part accidentally.

Return Conditions

We will accept returns and allow exchanges or refunds if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  1. Return request must be made within 30 days of the order date.
  2. Item(s) must not have been installed or show any signs of installation.
  3. Item(s) must be free of defect such as but not limited to dents and scratches
  4. Item(s) must be in the same resalable condition in which they were received
  5. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging (packaging cannot be written on or marked up)

Available Remedies

When an item is returned, and ALL of the conditions above are met, the following remedies are available to you:

  • Exchange For a Different Item. In this event, your original purchase will be refunded minus the 15% restocking fee (see below), and you will be asked to order the new item on the website.
  • Full Refund. In this event, we will refund your total transaction amount minus the 15% restocking fee (see below).

Restocking Fee

All returned or exchanged items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the returned item being received and processed by the warehouse.

Inspection

We will inspect all returns and reserve the right to reject a return or request for a refund, based on the conditions above.

Communication

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the return/exchange/refund has been completed. Please note that it can take up to an additional 5 business days after the refund is processed on our end for it to appear on your credit card or bank statement.

RMA Number

RMA numbers are required for all returns and exchanges and must be written on the return shipping label. Please e-mail [email protected] with the details of your return and an RMA number will be provided. Return shipping fees are arranged and paid for by you, the customer. Return shipping fees will not be reimbursed by Younits.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable. Special or custom orders (included non-standard paint colors), items that have been installed or used, and some replacement parts cannot be returned or exchanged.
