Order Cancellations
Most orders are shipped within a few hours of order receipt. We will gladly cancel any order prior to shipment at no charge. Please submit any cancellation via e-mail to [email protected]. Please include your Order Number, Full Name, and the product(s) ordered.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. This means your returned items must be postmarked no later than 30 days after the product was delivered. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted after this date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchanges
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong part and need to exchange it for a different part, place a new order for the correct part. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label for the original order.
Once we receive your returned merchandise, your order will be refunded in full, and you will not be charged a restocking fee.
Returns
If you are not exchanging a part for a different one, but wish to return your merchandise, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive your return, your order will be refunded to you minus a 15% restocking fee.

Processing Time
Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process the return and for the refund to be reflected with your bank.
