Customer Reviews

They were selling something that they didn’t have in stock. It had to be ordered from the factory and shipped directly to me. I guess the good thing is they didn’t drag it out for too long after a week they said they couldn’t get it and gave me a refund.

Order as a drop ship from Mitsubishi but they were out of stock. Younits kept me informed and canceled shipment when they could not deliver.

Kate was great to work with and resolved a problem I had with order other wrong part. Everyone was very helpful.

The support with this purchase was A++++. They provided timely service, attentive to my needs, and a product that matched my situation. The CHAT feature worked wonderfully. Susan was there when I wanted to confirm that I had received the correct part.
